    I think that the cover of The Queens Rising is by far the most impressive. I love the way that the colors blue and black are used. I also like the woodland backing of the picture.

    The cover of Wicked Like Wildfire comes on second for me.

    I will bow out of the Giveaway. With my backlog of books I will likely not get to the book for awhile if I won it.

      While I must admit to loving ALL of these covers, I can see why you picked this one as your favorite! The use of blue in it is definitely impressive! And, like you, I love the forest in the background.

      The cover of "Wicked Like Wildfire" is also very impressive. I love the use of hot pink and lilac, as well as all the flowers.

    I love all these covers, though I think Shimmer and Burn is my favourite with those beautiful colours. Thank you for the opportunity of the giveaway, but right now I've got so much stacking up on my TBR - so I will also pass. Hope your St Patrick's Day was a great one for you, Maria:))

    I think it's a little bit cruel of you to choose these covers. And you say we're supposed to pick just one? THEY'RE ALL BEAUTIFUL ♥ Just kidding, it's not cruel! lol But really... I don't know which one I'd choose! I think the one I like the most is the cover of The Belles ♥ First of all, kudos on the fact that they included a POC on it. That woman is gorgeous! Second, the colors used are just beautiful: pink, burgundy, purple, white, all of them exquisitely combined with the lights on the background. On the other hand, the title kind of breaks the beauty of the whole cover, and I like that, because I've read the main character reaches a point of disappointment, in which she realizes things are not that beautiful, things are not what she thought they were. I think the broken black letters show that. On a side note, I've seen the spine is beautiful too, with different kinds of flowers :O And yes, I love the plot, and I'm actually dying to read it :) It's getting so much hype and so many excellent reviews!

      Yeah, I know it's very cruel of me to do this! LOL. I LOVE ALL of these covers myself!! And I have already bought one of these books -- "The Belles"!! Maybe your preference for this one influenced me, lol. Like you, I LOVE those colors, and am VERY happy about the POC! You don't see that many on book covers, and I don't think that's right.

      I LOVE your analysis of this cover, Anto!! AWESOME!! And I agree with ALL your thoughts!! :) :)

      This book is definitely getting GREAT reviews! I LOVE the plot, too!!

      I had a nice St. Patrick's Day, although we really didn't do much. Lol.

    Ugh how can I choose just one??!! They are all so incredibly gorgeous. But....I think I'll do with Shadowsong. I just love how striking and atmospheric it, and the use of colour is impeccable. I've actually read the book, and I can tell you that it sets the tone perfectly for what's inside.

    They are all so pretty but I like slightly more Wicked like a Wildfire and the Belles. Both are so colorful, I like the style of the first one and the 2nd has a POC that seems to ask us something.

    I think I would pick the Belles though because the story seems more intriguing to me.

      Oh, YES!!! That's a GORGEOUS cover!! And I LOVE the cover of "The Belles", too! In fact, I have already bought this one. Both of these covers are SO BEAUTIFUL!!

      Yes, the plot of "The Belles" is certainly VERY intriguing! When I came across it a Target store the other day, I immediately bought the book!

    I really like the cover for The Queen's Rising. Something about the circular frame with all the intricate designs and symbols in each corner really draws my eye and the hooded figure walking through the woods makes it really mysterious but hints at a great story. :)

    The Belles is such a beautiful cover. First and foremost, the model they employed is absolutely gorgeous. As a black teen, it's rare seeing APPROPRIATE representation of my own race on the cover of a novel. If anything, it's typically a piece of art or a drawn-on character with chocolate skin and matching eyes. It's sort of a relief to be honest. Additionally, I love the underlying hues of pink on the cover. Magnifique! The plot of The Belles is also a wonderful one, not so focused on race but on the human perception of beauty. Race is a great thing to cover, don't get me wrong, but I personally like when it's simply alluded to instead of blatantly discussed. All in all, The Belles is great! Hope you consider me! :D

      Yeah, that cover is just SO PERFECT!! Like you, I love the colors, and the fact that the woman on the cover has been photographed so beautifully greatly enhances the appeal of this book!!

      The plot of this book is also very intriguing! That, plus the GORGEOUS cover, made me buy it when I saw it in a Target store the other day. I'm really looking forward to reading it!

    omg you did make this one HARD! ALl those covers are awesome! I cannot pick one [sobs] ok... [sobs] I'll try. I wanted to go with The Bells because YES TO POC covers! BUT it kills me to adit I don't like that cover! The girl is beautiful but I think it may be the flowers! I didn't request the ARC JUST because of that! A POC cover I adored? DREAD NATION! Coming up in only a few days! Cannot wait ok back to these covers.. I am going to go with Given to the Sea! :)

      I see how different aesthetic tastes are, Daniela! I LOVE the cover of "The Belles" precisely because of the flowers! Lol. Although I also like the blouse the model is wearing, and she's a very striking model, too!

      As for "Dread Nation", I agree that the cover of that book is STUNNING!! I should have included it here. Oh, well.....:(

      "Given to the Sea" is a great choice, though. I LOVE that one!! (Well, as I said, I love them ALL. Lol.)
