Stacking The Shelves #22: A Discovery of Witches, Women Who Run With The Wolves, A Million Suns, Venom, Shadowfell

This is a weekly event hosted by Jennifer, Lili,
Stephanie, Helen, and Tynga @ Tynga's Reviews!

As the title implies, this is all about
sharing the books you're adding
to your shelves, be they physical or virtual.

This week's haul!!

Books Purchased

I've heard so many great things
about this novel, I simply
had to make it part of my collection!
It deals with the discovery
of a long-lost manuscript, and
a witch who teams up
with a very attractive vampire....

I had been wanting to get this one
for the longest time!
However, I wanted the hardcover edition,
not the paperback.
This profound book deals with
the topic of the true nature of women,
which is a well of creativity
and inspiration.
Definitely a must read!!

This is another book I had been wanting to get!
Now I need to find the first one
in this exciting YA series, which is also in
the science fiction category.
I much prefer this cover to the
new orange one, so I bought
the book from The Book Depository,
where this edition is still available.

Of course, it was the lovely mask
that first caught my attention.
I'd love to have one of those!
This historical fiction novel is an intriguing
combination of mystery and romance,
and is a young adult hit!
I just had to get it for my collection!

This one is about Neryn,
a sixteen-year-old girl who can
communicate with the fairy-like Good Folk,
and joins a rebellion to topple
an evil king.  In the process,
she also meets a very attractive young man...
This one is right up my alley!

What do you think of my haul?
What fascinating books
did you stack on your  shelves
this week?
