As two lethal elemental gods set out to destroy Mytica, sworn enemies must become allies in the final fight to save the kingdoms.

Jonas continues to willfully defy his destiny, but the consequences of plotting his own course are drastic. As the fight for Mytica rages on, he must decide just how much more he's willing to sacrifice.

Lucia knows there's something special about her daughter and she'll do anything to protect her, even if that means facing Kyan alone.

Amara is called back home to Kraeshia. Grandma Cortas has her own plans for Mytica's future. She promises Amara power, revenge, and dominance if she agrees to be part of her scheme.

Magnus and Cleo's love will be put to the ultimate test. Dark magic is causing widespread destruction throughout the kingdom. Enemies across the sea are advancing. And unrest is stirring throughout the land. Is their love strong enough to withstand the outside forces tearing them apart?

Why I can't wait for this one!

I have been aware of this series from the very beginning. In fact, I own the first three books! Alas, I STILL haven't gotten to them yet..... But that's the case with several other series I own, whether complete or incomplete. I just need MORE time!! Lol. Frank Zappa SURE had it right when he said, "So many books so little time!" I really do hope I can start on this series fairly soon.....like, around March of next year! Lol.

These are the other books
in this GREAT YA fantasy series!!

Morgan Rhodes lives in Ontario, Canada. As a child, she always wanted to be a princess -- the kind that knows how to wield a sharp sword to help save both kingdoms and princes from fire-breathing dragons and dark wizards. Instead, she became a writer, which is just as good and much less dangerous. Along with writing, Morgan enjoys photography, travel, reality TV, and is an extremely picky, yet voracious reader of all kinds of books. Under another pen name, she’s a national bestselling author of many paranormal novels. Falling Kingdoms is her first high fantasy.

  1. I've also yet to read this series. The first book has been on my TBR pile since its release. I'm sure I won't be able to to it this year, but maybe 2018 will be the year I finally read "Falling Kingdoms".

    Happy readings! ;)

  3. This series has a great set of covers. I love that they are all consistent and haven't fallen victim to infamous cover changes. Like you, I know I own the first two books - maybe even three. I hope to read it eventually. I have read the first book in the spin-off series thought, Spirits and Thieves, and really liked it so I believe I'll like these ones as well. The boys said to tell you hi (WOOF WOOF) and that they hope you are having a wonderful week!

    1. Hi, Barb!

Oh, this series DEFINITELY has GREAT covers!! And I LOVE the way you put it -- "I love that they are all consistent and haven't fallen victim to infamous cover changes." LOL. I ESPECIALLY LOVE the part about "infamous cover changes". Lol. Lol. Lol. I still remember how the publisher messed up the Nightshade series! GRRRR!! And recently, another publisher messed up the "Rebel of the Sands" series!!

Interesting that you've read the first book in the spinoff "Falling Kingdoms" series! I'm sure you're not the first reader to do that, either! :)

Give lotsa HUGS to the boys!! And for you, too!! Tell them I say WOOF, WOOF right back!! Lol. Hope y'all are having a wonderful week, as well, and now will have a wonderful weekend, too!!

      Thanks for the lovely comment!! HUGS GALORE!!!! <3 <3 <3 :) :) :)
