Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!!
I'm wishing all of my readers,
whatever country you're in,
a wonderful day!!
Although Thanksgiving is
an American holiday,
the idea of thanking a Higher Power
for the blessings we enjoy
is one that has universal applicability.
What am I thankful for?
I'm very thankful for all the things treasured by all of us -- family, health, and a roof over my head, especially in these stressful economic times!
I'm especially thankful for all the books and authors that have inspired and entertained me, as well as for new books that are constantly being published! Here are some of the ones coming out very soon!!
These books are all coming
your way next month AND after
the New Year!!
Happy Reading!!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
Hello lovely list of books! I love the Crystal Storm cover! And oh my goodness, The Burning Page sounds amazing -- how good is that tag line??? I'm going to have to look these up -- great choices, Maria!
ReplyDeleteHi, Verushka!
DeleteI'm glad you like these books! I love the "Crystal Storm" cover, too!! As for "The Burning Page", I want to read the series SO badly!!
Thanks for the great comment!! <3 :)
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family Maria.
ReplyDeleteAll these wonderful books are indeed things to be thankful for.
Hey, Brian!
DeleteHappy Thanksgiving to you and your family, as well!!
We bookworms definitely need to be thankful for all the AWESOME books out there, and especially for the ones we have read and own!!
Thanks for the holiday wishes and the nice comment!! <3 :)
Happy Thanksgiving, Maria! I hope you are enjoying your holiday. Everyone is still asleep at my house (except for me, obviously). Mouse was up late last night. She was too excited about Thanksgiving. Haha.
ReplyDeleteI am really looking forward to reading The Burning Page. I loved the first two books in the series. All the books look good. :-)
Hi, Wendy!
DeleteHappy Thanksgiving to you, too!! I am indeed enjoying the holiday! I'm replying to comments and visiting blogs in order to comment back.
I see you posted your comment at 12:01 PM. Well, that's the time I see on my end. But California is three hours behind Florida, so that means it was actually 9:01 AM, on your end, when you posted. I was still asleep at that time, too, lol. I actually got up at 12:15 PM, my time. I was up VERY late last night, reading "Belle Chasse", by Suzanne Johnson, which I will soon be reviewing.
After I got up and had my coffee, I first went to Twitter and Facebook to post Thanksgiving messages there, and then came over to my blog to reply to comments. Now I need to comment back on other blogs!
Hubby and I are heading over to my parents' house for Thanksgiving dinner later on today.
I'm looking forward to reading "The Burning Page", too! Of course, I need to acquire and read the previous two books first. Lol.
I hope you guys are enjoying your holiday, too!! Thanks for the lovely comment!! <3 :)
This Almost Autumn looks really good. I haven't heard anything about it before. So strange!
ReplyDeleteAnd I also can't wait to read Caraval! ;)
Hi, Irena!
Delete"Almost Autumn" is about the Holocaust, which is really too sad for me to read about. I included it in my list because there are people who would be interested in reading this type of thing.
I definitely want to read "Caraval"!! It's on my Goodreads shelves!!
Thanks for stopping by and commenting!! <3 :)
