This is a weekly event hosted by Jennifer, Lili,
Stephanie, Helen, and Tynga @ Tynga's Reviews!
(I have decided to start participating
every other week, though, because of
time constraints.)
As the title implies, this is all about
sharing the books you're adding
to your shelves, be they physical or virtual.
For the complete rules, and to sign up,

This week's haul!!
Books Purchased
The third book in this beautiful,
romantic trilogy about
a human girl who falls in love
with a revenant....
This is my only copy -- so far -- of
this Jane Austen classic.
I simply couldn't resist this gorgeous cover!
It's the story of two sisters who are complete opposites,
in love and life.
This is an interesting, original take on vampires,
with a Japanese heroine, Allison Sekemoto,
as rescuer of her creator, Kanin,
who is in the clutches of an insane vampire....
This is the first volume about
the Eternal Champion, John Daker,
who must fight eternally on....
(Note: This is erroneously listed as an omnibus edition. It's
only the first novel in this series.)
The second novel about John Daker,
the Eternal Champion,
also known as Erekose and Urlik,
wielder of the Black Sword.
This is an Elric of Melnibone tale,
in which he summons
alien beings from another realm.
A strange, dystopian tale set in a far future
where ice surrounds everything....
What do you think of
my haul this week?
What exciting books have you
stacked on your shelves?
I'd really like to start reading Blood of Eden series, but I never seem get the chance. :( Nice list!

That's such a pretty copy of Sense and Sensibility. And I need to finish the Revenant series. I loved the first book, but was holding off on the second because I heard there was a terrible cliffhanger.
ReplyDeleteHey, Quinn!
DeleteYeah, I got this copy thanks to Belle Read! I saw it on her blog, and just knew I had to own it...and now I do!! I'm SO happy about that!!!
The Revenant series is just AWESOME. There IS a cliffhanger at the end of the second book, but you've got to finish it! It's definitely worth it!
