On My Wishlist #6

This is a fun weekly event hosted by
Carolyn at  Book Chick City,
 and runs every Saturday.
Each participating blogger features books
s/he hasn't actually bought yet,
but desperately wants to read,
because the plots sound so very fascinating!

These books can be either newly-published,
to be released in the near future,
or they might have been in print for several years.

In my particular case, any books I place
on my wish list are strictly the print versions,
since I do not read ebooks.

Here are my choices for this week!

Mindshadow (Star Trek, #27)

From the Amazon Synopsis

Star Trek: Troublesome Minds

Star Trek: Troublesome Minds
(Star Trek: The Original Series)
Dave Galanter
Mass Market Paperback, 304 pages
Published by Star Trek
May 26, 2009

From the Amazon Synopsis

First contact becomes an interstellar incident when the Starship Enterprise™ responds to a distress call from an unknown ship and saves the life of a man left to die by his own people. Berlis, member of a telepathic species calling themselves the Isitri, claims not to know why those from his homeworld want him dead. Captain James T. Kirk wants to believe him, but the damage is done: the Enterprise can neither leave the stranger to die nor turn him over to those who would kill him.

I happen to be a Star Trek fan,
and I only like the original series!
The chemistry among the main characters
was very, very special,
and just wasn't present in any of the other versions
of this immortal show...

So what do you all have on your wish list
this week?
