That book has a beautiful cover, as well. I haven't read either of these books, though.

I agree that books featuring portals into fantasy lands are totally fascinating!!

Thanks for leaving Maria Beharhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13635809880830316283noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5276110560172164522.post-19260994005790501222017-02-20T20:44:00.169-05:002017-02-20T20:44:00.169-05:00I've never read a Kerstin Gier but I agree the...I've never read a Kerstin Gier but I agree the cover is nice and she does look happy to be stepping on through! I love that you adore this cover as much as I do. The keyhole is my favorite part, and like you always do - you have me looking deeper into the rest of the cover, and wow do I like what I see! At first glance, I was sure the tunnel was stone; but now I can definitely see that it could be tree bark. I love the rose petals, as well. It has A Belle’s Taleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08018346890745799622noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5276110560172164522.post-57665477660068835952017-02-19T09:31:44.040-05:002017-02-19T09:31:44.040-05:00Hey maria. I hope that you are having a good weekend.

This is a visually striking cover for all the reasons that you said.

I like that tunnel. It reminds me of several walking tunnels that I have seen on old estates that are now parks. The atmosphere that I felt in those tunnels is conveyed to me in the picture.

The effect of emerging in to sunlight after walkingBrian Josephhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15139559400312336791noreply@blogger.com
