The thrilling finale to the New York Times bestselling Young Elites series from “hit factory” Marie Lu.

There was once a time when darkness shrouded the world, and the darkness had a queen.

Adelina Amouteru is done suffering. She’s turned her back on those who have betrayed her and achieved the ultimate revenge: victory. Her reign as the White Wolf has been a triumphant one, but with each conquest her cruelty only grows. The darkness within her has begun to spiral out of control, threatening to destroy all that she’s achieved.

Adelina’s forced to revisit old wounds when a new danger appears, putting not only Adelina at risk, but every Elite and the very world they live in. In order to save herself and preserve her empire, Adelina and her Roses must join the Daggers on a perilous quest—though this uneasy alliance may prove to be the real danger.

Bestselling author Marie Lu concludes Adelina's story with this haunting and hypnotizing final installment to the Young Elites series.

Why I'm waiting on this one!

This is yet ANOTHER great series that I need
to get started on!! Marie Lu is a TERRIFIC author, and I know I'll enjoy not only this book, but the whole freaking series! It seems like not that long ago The Rose Society (Book 2) was being released, and  NOW we have the conclusion already! Are we in some sort of time warp? Lol. I don't know, but I DO know that I need to get this entire series under my belt, sometime pretty soon!!

What do you think of my choice?

come check out your pick(s)!

    1. Hi, Lauren!

Hmmmm....well, I've never read any of her books, so I guess I'll just have to see if I like her writing. Hopefully, I will!

  3. I've never started this as well but guess I always thought I would because I absolutely love the cover on the 2nd one. Sad reason to start a series huh? I am doing a finish the series challenge in August where you have to pick a series and read the entire thing in one month. I don't know which series to pick though. Wonderful choice this week and hope you are having a great summer!

    1. Hi, Barb!

Hey, I don't blame you for being attracted to a series because of the cover! That's the main reason I first notice a series. After all, great book covers do sell books! Of course, the synopsis is important, too.

That sounds like an interesting reading challenge. I wouldn't be able to participate in something like that, though, because I read so slowly....lol.

Glad you like my choice! And yes, I'm having a great summer so far! I'll be on vacation two weeks from now, and I'm really looking forward to that!!

Thanks for leaving such a nice comment!! :)
