Stacking The Shelves #16

This is a weekly event hosted by Jennifer, Lili,
Stephanie, Helen, and Tynga @ Tynga's Reviews!
As the title implies, this is all about
sharing the books you're adding
to your shelves, be they physical or virtual.
For the complete rules, and to sign up,

This week's haul!!

 Books Purchased

I have heard so many great things
about this series!
And I'm very intrigued by the
combination of an American Southern town
with supernatural events...
plus, there's romance involved!
If I like the series, I'll
definitely watch the movies!
(Only one has been made so far,
but of course, more are coming.)

This book is a treasure trove of memories for
obsessed Twihards like me!!
It was produced in collaboration
with the entire creative team
that brought Stephenie Meyer's four
wonderful books to the screen,
and is full of candid photos,
mementoes such as Edward & Bella's
wedding invitation,
and stories of the actors' experiences
while making the films.

This book is another must for
all Twilight Saga fans!!
It's a study of the fan phenomenon
that has taken the literary world
by storm, and is comprised mostly of
women and girls,
of all ages and from all walks of life!
The author immersed herself in the world of
Twilight fandom, coming away
with some very interesting insights
into this cultural and literary
phenomenon.

This is a classic about a young girl
who lives with her family
in a dilapidated medieval castle.
She starts a diary in order
to chronicle the events of her life,
and is a sharp observer
of human nature.
One day, the rightful heirs to the castle
turn up, and everything changes...

This is a beautiful Folio Society
edition that I bought on Ebay!
The book comes with a slipcase.

Anyone who wants this particular edition
can get it online at the
following sites:

This edition is also available
on Ebay from time to time.

If you'd like one of the more
regularly available editions, you

What do you think of my haul?
What fascinating books
did you stack on
